Managing Software are one of the foremost independent providers of support and technical work relating to Infor's System21 (S/21) Aurora suite of software products. Our business was established in 1997, and we pride ourselves in providing our customers with a high-quality and professional service.
Many of our consultants were employed by JBA, the original developers of
S/21. JBA was purchased by GEAC Computer Corporation in September 1999. Six years later, in
November 2005, private equity firm Golden Gate Capital purchased GEAC for around $1 billion. It placed the
ERP Solution into the hands of one of it's other Companies, Infor Global Solutions. We have been
implementing and supporting the software for our clients throughout this period.
